Tracking

Track your shipment

Where is your cargo, and when will it arrive. With us, tracking starts with a person — not a form.

Ask your dedicated contact for an update

Every file is managed by an identified person, who has up-to-date information from the carriers and agents. One call or message is enough to get a complete update — current position, next milestone, estimated arrival date.

We prefer this approach to automated tracking interfaces, which are often behind reality and unable to explain why a container has not moved for two days.

For any tracking request, please have your file number or transport document reference ready.

Understanding

The documents that carry your reference

Sea freight

The Bill of Lading carries the number that identifies your shipment with the shipping line.

Air freight

The Airway Bill carries an eleven-digit number tracked by the airline.

Road freight

The CMR consignment note travels with the truck and serves as the reference throughout the journey.
